Stay healthy throughout the year and gain peace of mind with our yearly membership plan for you and your family. Adults (ages 14 and up) enjoy the benefits of our plan for as low as $365 per year. You can help maintain and protect your children’s smiles (ages 1 to 13) with a cost as low as $265 per year.
